This blog is meant to document my transformation from an environmental consultant to (hopefully) a professional brewer.  This all started in November 2014 when I received a letter that I had been accepted to the UC Davis Master Brewer Program in Davis California.  Included are my insights in to brewing, the brewing industry, the people I meet, and my random thoughts along the way.  Please feel free to share your own insights, give some encouragement or tell me I am crazy for doing this.
